So that's why when you shop online with KCF Design Group, whatever information you need to provide in order to have your order processed and shipped properly will never, and I mean NEVER, be shared with anyone else, for profit or otherwise. It's kind of like the slogan, "What happens in Vegas, STAYS in Vegas." The same goes here. We value you as a customer for shopping our products, not for what we can get for selling your information, so thanks for keeping your business in the community where it belongs... and we promise we won't let someone else, whether inside or outside our community, put their nose in yours. The other great thing about our shopping cart and e-commerce provider is that we (KCF Design Group) will not have access to your credit card number nor will we keep your financial information on file... that is a secure transaction between you and PayPal our secure online payment processor. They are number one in the industry because they are the safest and most secure payment method online... that's why we chose them.
- As to our product guarantees, our creations are designed using high-quality components and are crafted carefully to insure long-lasting enjoyment. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason:
- Within 10 days of receiving your order, you may return any item to us for a full refund of its actual cost, no questions asked (shipping charges are not refundable). Refunds will either be credited to your charge card or refunded by check depending upon your method of purchase, and standard refund periods which apply to your card issuer will apply.
- In addition, we offer a 30-day repair/replacement guarantee on any of our items; should you experience breakage or a defect in any item after the 10-day unconditional return period, you may ship us the item and we will repair or replace it at our option, and we will return ship to you at no additional charge.
We are happy to repair any item needing incidental minor repairs after 30 days for a shop repair fee of $10.00 which includes return shipping charges (see our home page for a link to process a repair payment). Items which we find to have been damaged through misuse or rough handling are not included in this guarantee, and we will notify you as soon as possible after thoroughly examining your piece whether it is repairable at a higher estimated cost or as an alternative, we may recommend replacement by repurchase. |
